If you’re looking for a wonderful home, smack-dab downtown, then a room in our home may suit you. We lease several rooms from our home. Each room is huge, except for two that are just normally sized. The larger rooms are big enough to accommodate a large bed and desk, dresser, couch and coffee table. The two smaller rooms can’t hold as much, but cost a bit less to lease than the others. Very high-speed wireless internet is available for all. Leases are for one-year terms and vary from $950 to $1,250 per month.
Located across the street from the Dalhousie Engineering Campus, our home is near the corner of Spring Garden and Barrington, and is walking distance to Dalhousie,
King’s College, St. Mary’s, NSCAD and the Shambhala Centre. Within a ten minute walk, you can reach the Spring Garden and Barrington commercial areas, including the Farmer’s Market, the Trident Café and the waterfront. All said, it is a prime location for walking or cycling.
