We started with David’s company, Top Flight Property Management, in July 2010 and have been most satisfied with his work. He has always been very courteous, yet friendly. He promptly contacts us if something has to be done to the house, either a roof repair or appliances fixed/replaced and efficiently takes care of the problem/situation.

We do not have to deal with finding new tenants. He lets us know whom he is interviewing and whom he feels fits our requirements. He takes care of the walkthroughs with both the departing tenants and the incoming tenants. If something occurs that is a concern to the tenant, he is their first contact and he has the resources right at hand — plumber, painter, carpenter, who is able to take care of the situation. He also advises us on any property maintenance that he feels should be addressed. i.e. repainting the trim on the house, etc. Once again, he has the people whom he can call on to look after this maintenance.

We receive monthly financial statements which are very well done. Thus we are able, with no effort on our part, to keep financially up to date on the property and to present up-to-date information on the rental property at Income Tax time.

Once again. we are most satisfied with our friendly, courteous, hard-working property manager, David.
